This is my first post about food and it certainly wont be my last, soooo I am up watching the Food Network trying to get some ideas that I would like to try at home and my favorite cooking show comes on Iron Chef America. Given I haven't seen a showdown in a while but I digress. Iron Chef is like the Superbowl of the cooking world, and is very entertaining to those who like food and enjoy to cook. Head over to
